Are you planning a meeting, workshop, working group, seminar, or retreat?
The Desert Laboratory on Tumamoc Hill offers an intimate space in a historic stone building surrounded by a beautiful desert environment. During breaks you can enjoy the Sonoran Plant Garden and learn more about the Desert Laboratory and its work.
There are two individual spaces, which can be combined however best works for your event. Wi-Fi is available throughout the grounds should it be needed.
Spaces are available for rent Monday-Friday.

Available Spaces
Our library seats a maximum of 30 people audience-style and can also be arranged with one to several tables for meetings of up to approximately 20 people.
Available audiovisual equipment includes a projector, large retractable projector screen, and smart board are available.
The largest space, the classroom seats a maximum of approximately 60 people. Tables and chairs can be set up conference-style for smaller groups.
Available audiovisual equipment includes TV monitors and a large retractable projector screen.
Catering Details
We do not offer food service but you are welcome to bring your own food and drink or arrange with a caterer to have it delivered.
Parking
Parking is limited so please plan to carpool. We can help arrange logistics.
